About
I’m currently working on my Masters in Graphic Design at Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, KS.
My passion for photography and graphic arts originally began back in high school when I took an intro course covering the Adobe Suite and was teaching the photography merit badge in Scouting BSA. Later my passion for photography redeveloped and took off when I went to Hanyang University (한양대학교) in Seoul, South Korea for a 6 month study abroad opportunity.
I am primarily a product photographer that pushes the boundaries of technical lighting setups to produce unique images to represent and reflect the brand.
I also enjoy enjoy nature and street photography. I seek to capture the exotic and complex emotions, animals, or the surrounding environment. As for street photography, I seek to capture that which goes unseen in daily life or something that could be represented differently from a new angle.
The current skills I am proficient in include product photography/videography, commercial photography, portraiture, vector based graphics software (Adobe Illustrator), raster graphics software ( Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom), digital photography, video processing software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Rush), and web/app creation software (Adobe XD, InStudio, Sketch). My other proficient skills include black and white conversions, color matching, color conversion, photo retouching, and logo design. Additionally, I am a registered CNA (Certified Nursing Aid).
